After your comprehensive lab panel results are in, we’ll schedule your initial consultation with one of our Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants. During this appointment, we will:
- Review your lab results together
- Discuss your health goals, medical history, lifestyle, and any symptoms you’re experiencing
- Create a personalized treatment plan based on your results and goals
This is the foundation of your treatment journey, and we want to ensure all your questions are answered. During the consultation, you’ll receive expert guidance on the next steps toward your optimal health.

- We receive a notification of payment.
- Our team enters your information into our system.
- We create and submit your lab requisition.
- We upload the requisition to your Patient Portal.
- You receive an email with instructions to activate your portal.
(This is done during our normal business hours if purchased on the weekend you will not receive your lab requisition until Monday)
Once your portal is set up: Go to My Health → Forms & Documents. Your lab requisition (PDF) will be stored there.

Yes, because we are testing your a1c, lipids, cortisol and more we would like these tests done on a fasted stomach, please make sure to drink water and stay hydrated.
Please schedule them for a morning within two hours of waking, if possible. If you are a menstruating female please try to have them done during your luteal phase (Cycle days 18-25).
No food or drinks except water, avoid working out or intense training the day before, please take medication and supplements AFTER having your labs drawn

Yes, once you have your labs scheduled please let us know either through your email or patient portal and we can get your complementary consultation with one of our providers scheduled accordingly.

We are only contracted with LabCorp and Quest, some local centers will accept their requisitions and ship to them for testing but you would need to contact them first and there may be extra fees that you would be responsible for. There also could be issues with receiving the results so we always highly recommend you have them done at a LabCorp or Quest Facility.
