After your comprehensive lab panel results are in, we’ll schedule your initial consultation with one of our Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants. During this appointment, we will:
- Review your lab results together
- Discuss your health goals, medical history, lifestyle, and any symptoms you’re experiencing
- Create a personalized treatment plan based on your results and goals
This is the foundation of your treatment journey, and we want to ensure all your questions are answered. During the consultation, you’ll receive expert guidance on the next steps toward your optimal health.
After your initial consultation, one of our care coordinators will reach out to you through the patient portal to:
- Review your personalized treatment plan
- Discuss payment options
- Schedule your follow-up appointment
Follow-up appointments will be scheduled every 8-12 weeks to ensure you’re progressing well with your treatment and to make any necessary adjustments.
Please note, follow-up lab tests will be required prior to each appointment to track your progress and fine-tune your treatment as needed.
