“The state of being strong and active”

We’re thrilled to announce two special promotions available exclusively this month!

GHK-Cu is a natural copper complex first found in human blood but also found in saliva and urine. It has many important functions in the body, such as helping wounds heal, attracting immune cells, reducing inflammation, and promoting collagen production and blood vessel growth in the skin.

Research shows that GHK-Cu acts as a signal after tissue injury, protecting tissue and reducing inflammation and oxidative damage. It also helps with tissue remodeling, removing damaged tissue, and promoting the growth of new, healthy tissue.  Unfortunately, as we age, the levels of GHK-Cu in our body decrease, leading to a decline in these positive effects.

GHK-Cu is an important molecule in skin health, commonly used in cosmetics for its reparative and anti-aging benefits. It helps the skin by boosting the production and breakdown of collagen and glycosaminoglycans that keep skin firm and elastic. GHK-Cu also attracts immune and healing cells to injury sites, speeding up the healing process for skin, hair follicles, and even bones. In cosmetics, it’s known to tighten loose skin, improve elasticity and firmness, reduce wrinkles and sun damage, and increase skin cell growth.

GHK-Cu Research Studies
Copper peptide GHK-Cu has been proven effective in several facial studies. In one study by Abdulghani et al., a facial cream with GHK-Cu increased collagen in the skin of 20 women with sun-damaged skin, outperforming both vitamin C and retinoic acid. Another study by Leyden et al. over 12 weeks showed that GHK-Cu face and eye creams significantly improved skin firmness, clarity, and appearance while reducing fine lines and wrinkles. It also increased skin density and thickness, with the eye cream performing better than a vitamin K cream. Finkley et al. conducted a similar 12-week study on 67 women, finding that GHK-Cu cream improved the appearance and thickness of aging skin, reduced wrinkles, and stimulated skin cell growth without causing any toxicity or irritation.

We’re excited to offer GHK-Cu beauty peptide in both creams and injections! Want healthier skin? Click the image to get started today!

Delaying Menopause and Longevity:
The Ovary’s Impact on Aging

In March, First Lady Jill Biden announced a new White House women’s health initiative, raising an intriguing research question: What if we could delay menopause and its associated health risks?

This question comes from emerging research in longevity and women’s health. Scientists have discovered that the female reproductive system, particularly the ovaries, is crucial to a woman’s overall health. Ovaries are linked to nearly every aspect of a woman’s health, but they cease their primary function in midlife, leading to menopause. This transition accelerates aging and the decline of other organ systems, like the heart and brain. While women generally live longer than men, they often spend more time with diseases or disabilities.

What is Low-Dose Naltrexone? Low-dose Naltrexone (LDN) is a medication that has become increasingly popular in recent years for its many potential uses and health benefits. It’s typically used to treat opioid and alcohol addiction, but it can also be used off-label for conditions such as autoimmune diseases, chronic pain, anxiety, and more! In 1984 Naltrexone was approved by the FDA in the USA for the treatment of opioid addiction, used at the standard dose of 50 mg to 100 mg per day. It’s a pure opioid receptor antagonist.

Hormone replacement therapy (HRT) is a powerful tool for managing symptoms of hormone imbalance, but not all delivery methods offer the same level of flexibility. While hormone pellets are often praised for their convenience, they come with significant drawbacks—including lack of dosage flexibility and potential hormone surges and troughs. At Advanced Vitality HRT, we believe in customized, adaptable hormone therapy that evolves with your needs. Unlike pellets, our approach allows for precise dose adjustments, ensuring the best possible outcomes for your health and well-being.

New Patient Promo, Plus Master Antioxidant Glutathione

New Patient Promo, Plus Master Antioxidant Glutathione

LET'S GET TO KNOW GLUTATHIONE Nicknamed "the master antioxidant," glutathione (GSH) is essential for every cell in your body. As you age, your body's ability to produce glutathione decreases, even though your need for it increases. Your body makes glutathione using three amino acids: glutamate, glycine, and cysteine, mainly in your liver. Glutathione's key role is to fight free radicals—unstable molecules that can damage cells and cause oxidative stress. Left unchecked, oxidative stress can contribute to a smorgasbord of health conditions and chronic diseases including diabetes, cancer, cardiovascular disease, Alzheimer’s, kidney disease, and more (1).
